The guest booking form is required as it allows you to provide your general demographic information as part of the travel booking process.
The price quoted is for your stateroom (cabin) aboard Royal Caribbean's Utopia of the Seas and does not include airfare, airport transfers, hotel accommodations, or transportation to and from the cruise port. Rates are subject to change until deposited. Rates & Availability cannot be guaranteed. All deposits are non-refundable; thus, the cancelled guest is subject to the terms of a nonrefundable deposit fare.
